Requirements: Customers are *** required *** to make minimum monthly payments according to payment terms that are setup within the legally binding contract that is created through Partially, the customer and Avatar Activation.

If payments are cancelled or declined, the invoice for the remaining balance will be taken to a collection agency in order to obtain the remaining balance.

Failure to make required monthly payments will dramatically affect your credit if a debt collection agency becomes involved. If you are not able to financially make the required monthly payments, DO NOT use this method of purchase.

Spiritual Agreement: By submitting your energetic commitment to pay based on the payment plan you have chosen, you are making a spiritual agreement with Avatar Activation. If the agreement is broken due to non-payment, you will accrue karmic debt automatically by breaking this contract.

If you are not able to pay for any reason, you must contact Avatar Activation in order to remain compliant financially, and spiritually. For many services offered on this site, you will still be paying a monthly payment on these services well after you’ve received all of the sessions in one of the packages offered and would be karmically unethical to cancel payments for services that you have already received well in advance.

Affiliates: You will be paid commission on the total cost of the product, excluding the fee for customer making payments and your commission will be manually added after all payments for the service has been paid in full.

Please make sure that if you know your referral has purchased a service and used partially to make monthly payments, that you notify Avatar Activation so that it can be added to your account when payments have been paid in full.

Due to this payment plan not being a part of the affiliate checkout system, commissions are not tracked through this process automatically and must be added in manually.

It is not Avatar Activation’s responsibility to track your own referral sales for services purchased.

Flexible Payment Term: Customers are able to choose to make 1 full payment for the service or break it up according to the total payment term.

Example: If you purchase a service that is $2222, you can choose to pay it off on the next payment in full, or up to a total of 8 months. You will be able to change your frequency in payment terms inside your customer account of Partially.

Availability: Payment plans are only given on packages. Payment plans are not for one specific type of service where you can make payments on one service received. It is for a package that has multiple services within the package.

Everyone responds differently to the various services that are offered according to where they are in their own spiritual evolution and progression.

Understand that in divination, you are having me ask questions to either your higher self, a friend, family member or even another client’s higher self.

The results I am receiving are what I am receiving from the higher self at that exact point in one’s personal life and spiritual evolution. Results can fluctuate according to one’s frequency and other factors in their lives. But please understand that according to life and what we go through each and every day, there are factors that change things and the courses of our lives.

In divination, we are receiving exactly what the higher self states at that time. We can’t control what the next outcome is. Energetic healing services are non-tangible goods and are not covered by a refund option whatsoever, regardless of the reason why. Each description of the service or package that you purchase is exactly what you will receive. You will never receive a service that is not as described and you will never experience any form of unauthorized charge.

If you purchase any items within the Avatar Quantum Healing Vault and they are a monthly subscription, you agree that by purchasing a monthly subscription, you will be charged each month that you remain an active subscriber and you are not eligible for a refund because you didn’t cancel your subscription.

A subscription can not be initiated without the client’s consent, so claiming that it is an unauthorized purchase is a false statement.

If for whatever reason you have doubts that you can trust me or this service, do not purchase. By purchasing any services or packages, you agree to the no refund policy.

Exclusion to Refund Policy: Refunds are only permitted if services have not yet been rendered, with the exception of the Lightarian Training Program — once your manuals have been ordered and you have received them, no refunds will be given.

If you have purchased The Quantum Shortcut System or any type of Facilitator or Teacher Systems and have received any instance of them in your email, no refunds will be given.

You are only being charged for the time it takes to prepare and fully service your requests whether they be healing sessions, empowerments or attunements.

You agree to receive any earned commissions through PayPal only. Commissions are paid on all types of sessions, excluding the Lightarian Training Program and Lightarian Gateway Program sessions. Avatar Activation is not responsible for PayPal emails entered incorrectly into the system for payout. If your email is incorrectly entered, you forfeit any undeliverable transactions without exception.

Avatar Activation is also not responsible for any fraud committed by a third party that has obtained your password or entered a payment processor that is not your’s. There is no minimum payout amount to receive your commissions.

Avatar Activation does not display the buyer’s name, or email address. Your information is kept private for security reasons. No third party affiliates will ever see a buyer’s name or email address in their account.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between Avatar Activation and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties’ obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in The United States of America. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred. Avatar Activation’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of this Agreement. Avatar Activation may assign its rights and duties under this Agreement to any party at any time without notice to you.
