Narcissism, What Exactly Is It?

Narcissism is considered a mental health condition characterized by an overwhelming sense of self-importance, a need for excessive admiration, a sense of entitlement, arrogance, vanity, a lack of empathy, patterns of exploiting others and much more.

However, many do not realize the true origin of where narcissism actually comes from.

Many will blame it on genetics, but where it truly comes from is through trauma and neglect.

Throughout the years developing at early childhood stages, we are introduced into many forms of trauma and this has a severe impact on our life as we get older without even truly realizing it.

A lot of people grow up with narcissism in their families. Many families through their bloodlines, as they were programmed to do so, narcissistically abuse their children and this enables them to carry out the generational trauma through their children and future family lines.

A person who becomes narcissistic, is a person who has developed strong levels of victimization, in which case they develop safety mechanisms to stop them from ever becoming the victim again.

In turn, they become the victimizer and they will force you to second guess every move you make and completely rewrite your reality without truly realizing it.

An example would be that of a parent telling you to do something they want from you, so you go off and do whatever it is that they told you to do and in the presence of another, or in secret, they will ask you why you are doing what you are doing?

You are now confused because this person just told you to do something that they wanted from you, and now they are telling you that they never said for you to do that at all.

They’ve just rewrote a portion of your brain that allows you to make decisions on your own without obstruction.

It’s a constant game that they play with you. It is for power and unfortunately this overstepping of boundaries and loss of power, does in fact create soul fragmentation, energy drain, among other things and much more.

A person who has gone through severe levels of narcissistic abuse can also become a narcissist as well. Sometimes not any where near as bad as the one who was being the victimizer, but it can lead into deeper levels over time if not addressed as it is happening.

What Happens To A Person Who Has Become The Victim Of Narcissism?

Narcissism can lead to various levels of emotional trauma, ultimately affecting their mental health leading to anxiety, depression, as well as, other forms of personality disorders.

What happens on a spiritual level is far more sophisticated than you truly realize, as our bodies perform special mechanisms that stop us from constantly reliving the same event of trauma over and over again by breaking parts of our soul off that is tied to these traumas and allowing them to flee off into other dimensional realms or other areas of our physical incarnation.

This is called soul loss and it is an action that happens when we experience traumatic situations and scenarios in our lives, either caused by ourselves or others.

This is why, if you’ve been through a lot of trauma, you will probably never even remember 25% of what you’ve been through.

The soul fragments and soul shards remain away from us permanently until we retrieve them as we are guided to later on in life.

Medicine As A Means Of Curing

Unfortunately we as a society have been trained to believe that narcissism, bi-polar disease, schizophrenia, and other personalize disorders require actual medicine to treat them.

Our bodies are meant to heal themselves in any condition.

In reality, these are all metaphysical conditions and you can’t treat a metaphysical condition with anti-psychotic drugs. However, what many do not realize is, these drugs are actually making them much worse because they don’t ever get to the root cause of the issue.

The issue is the trauma that you’ve experienced. Medicine in this form is used as a way to keep you sick, not help you.

Doctors and psychiatrists want to make sure that you are receiving medicine so that they can also work with you and talk to you and suggest things to you while you are under the influence of these anti-psychotic medications.

Think for a moment just how damaging this can be when you have a trained psychiatrist who has the ability to inject suggestions, thoughts and even scenarios into your conscious reality through programming and by labeling you with specific conditions that you have due to the trauma you’ve experienced and by what you are exibiting as symptoms.

How can they truly tell you what you have? All because of what you are going through resembles the same attributes of specific personality disorders caused by the trauma you’ve been exposed to?

How can taking medicine actually help with this?

Think about this… How can a pill heal someone’s trauma and experiences of deep levels of neglect and abuse that one has experienced in their lives? It is unfortunate that so many people fall for this, when in reality, you need specific types of energy healing that is necessary for clearing various aspects of your being.

Soul loss, trapped emotions, inner child damage, and not only that, we also have other forms of damage that we experience that is actually medically diagnosed through these levels of abuse. (it is likely that you may require additional services outside of this clearing)

Narcissism Causes Brain Damage

If you look at MRI scans of a person who has been through extreme narcissistic abuse, you will see that there are many areas of their brain that are actually greyed out during a scan.

This is because of the levels of abuse that one sustains in the hands of a narcissist actually rewrites your neural pathways and causes brain damage within the insular cortex of your brain, as well as other areas too.

This in turn wires the brain to become expectant of abuse and negativity, making it challenging for survivors to break free from the cycle of abuse even after leaving a toxic relationship.

It also has a deep impact on how memories are processed and retrieved. Traumatic memories can become fragmented, leading to gaps in ones ability to recall specific memories of events. This can lead survivors of narcissism into experiencing intrusive memories, flashbacks and nightmares that can further intensify their distress.

Not only does it affect their memory, but it also impacts other health conditions such as increasing cortisol levels which can lead to physical health issues such as weakened immune system, gastrointestinal problems and even cardiovascular disorders.

The areas of the brain that are deeply affected by narcissistic abuse are:

  • Left and right insula
  • Left and right amygdala
  • Dorsomedial prefontal cortex
  • Orbiofrontal cortex
  • Prefrontal cortex
  • Striatum
  • Cerebral cortex
  • Insular cortex

The 25D Narcissistic Abuse Clearing Sessions are designed to focus on specific areas:

1st Session: (1 Hour Session) Clearing the personality trait alexithymia. Narcissists develop a personality trait called alexithymia. Which enables them the inability to identify or describe emotions of others or even themselves. Those who are narcissists or have been severely abused by one, the areas of the brain are particularly smaller in people who have high levels of alexithymia.

2nd Session: (1 Hour Session) Healing the left and right insula and the left and right amygdala. These areas are important for emotional perception and emotion experience. The left insula is linked to positive emotions and parasympathic stimulation. It also impacts cognitive-evalution empathy, which is the ability to understand and judge the emotions of others. It also affects language and speech processing, including receptive and expressive aspects and more. The right insula is the key hub for processing internal bodily states, such as sensations like hunger, thirst, pain, fatigue and even the feeling of one’s own heartbeat. It also impacts empathy, social cognition, negative emotions, and more.

The right amygdala affects the processing of emotional stimuli that is both visual and dynamic. It is linked to autonomic arousal, which indirectly influences cognitive processing centers in the left hemisphere of the brain. It is also associated with the processing of pain and also linked to memory that is linked to stories and emotions from past events. The left amygdala affects verbal and sustained emotional processing, as well as, language processing — word processing and also pain processing in relation to arthritis pain. Damage to the amygdala can lead to difficulty with emotional reactions, memory processing and decision making, and more. This second session will assist in healing these areas each time you go through it.

3rd Session: (2 Hour Session) Healing the dorsomedial prefrontal cortex, as it plays essential roles in the cognitive process, regulation of emotion, motivation, and sociability. Healing the orbitofrontal cortex, as it is thought to represent emotion, taste, smell, somatosensory, auditory and visual and rewards in decision making and punishments. Healing the prefrontal cortex, as it handles decision making, reasoning, personality expression, maintaining social appropriateness, and other complex cognitive behaviors. Healing the striatum, as it is involved in decision making functions, such as motor control, emotion, habit formation, and rewards. Healing the cerebral cortex, as it plays a key role in memory, thinking, learning, reasoning, problem-solving, emotions, consciousness and functions related to your senses. Healing the insular cortex, as it plays a crucial role in interoception (awareness of bodily states), integrating sensory information with emotions and autonomic functions, and contributing to empathy and social cognition.

4th Session: (1 Hour Session) Clearing all trapped emotions related to narcissism, as generally the trapped emotions of anger, dissatisfaction, bitterness, sadness, disgust, irritation, frustration, worry, shame, suspicion, anxiety, depression, lust, rage, hatred, jealousy, dread will be impacting all layers and multidimensional layers of the energetic and physical body. We are also going to be create new neural pathways and programming that are for your highest good.

The Order Of Sessions

At your first initial step into healing these aspects of your being, you must first go through all 4 sessions. Each session is performed at a minimum of 21 days apart from the last.

However, there is no limit to the amount of times one can go through each of these sessions and once you’ve received them all, if you choose later on down the road to focus on a specific session, you can go through the specific session without having to go through them all in sequential order.

Example, if you have gone through all four sessions and several months down the road you want to work on healing the dorsomedial prefrontal cortex, as well as, all others in the 3rd Session, you can choose to receive that session specifically instead of having to go through the 1st and 2nd sessions prior.
