Dreams May Have Many Deeper Layers
Sometimes just taking a 1 hour nap could lead you into a dream state where you’ve been living a whole different life and when you actually wake up from this very deep dream state, you are completely shaken and have no idea what is happening.
Also, another important factor to this is when you are that deep in dream state, if you look into mirrors or at people, faces, including yours are distorted.
This shows you that you are not in the first layer of dream state and you’ve gone into deeper levels.
